My now husband and I live in Seattle and I searched for ao dais at a few local shops but did not quite find what I was looking for. We went with the Kevin and Lynn ao dais and her process was so seamless and she made things easy for my husband and I.

The ao dais came very carefully and beautifully packaged (I wish I took pics). The quality of the ao dais were unmatched compared to the many I tried on. They were elegant and luxurious! Pics do not do them justice.

The one thing that stood out to me was Kim’s customer service. A few weeks before the wedding my mom complained about not being able to find a nice ao dai for our tea ceremony. I knew it was a bit last minute but I reached out to Kim and she had the perfect ao dai. She worked hard to make it happen for my mom and even had it shipped to us well in advanced. She was very responsive and kept us in the loop knowing that we were concerned about not receiving the ao dai on time.
