When should I place my order?
Since our dresses are special hand-made to order, we recommend ordering at least 4 months in advance to allow for transit time and any necessary alterations. The expected production time will take up to 6-8 weeks in addition to a 5-10 business day shipping time. If you need your order to be expedited, please email us for further assistance.

Are there customization options for bridal/ao dai dresses?
Yes, we offer size and certain design customization options to ensure that your bridal dress is exactly how you envisioned it. Please email us if you would like any customizations.

What if I want to try on Divine District dresses?
You can book an appointment with us through our website in order to try on any of your desired dresses at our showroom located in Fort Worth free of charge!

Is there an additional charge for plus size wedding dresses?
No, there are no additional charge for plus-size wedding dresses at Divine District. We believe that our dress should remain the same price, no matter the size.

What is your return policy?
Special order or customized size dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provided. Therefore, all sales are final on special order gowns and are NOT eligible for returns. Pre-sized dresses are eligible for returns within a 20 day window.
All returns and must be in their original condition— unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged with its original tags still attached. Once any tag has been removed, an item can no longer be returned. -
What if I want to change/cancel my order?
You may cancel made-to-order dresses and accessories orders or request changes within 72 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Please notify us through email as soon as possible.
