If the item does not fit, the color is not right, or if you do not like it, you are eligible for a return.
Custom sized & wedding dresses CANNOT be returned for a refund unless defective.
You have 20 days from the date of delivery for a refund. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and the original tags must be attached. Once the tag is removed, you are no longer eligible for a return/refund.
